We highly recommend this lovely private garden simplex to rent in Westdene.
This unit has its own private patio which is shaded by a tree with beautiful spring blossoms, and attracting lovely morning sun.
The open plan kitchen can accommodate 2 appliances (e.g. washing machine and dishwasher) and has a four plate 60 cm stove and oven, double sink and space for a large fridge.
The bedroom is sun-filled (afternoon sun) and can fit a queen size bed comfortably.
The ensuite bathroom has a shower.
The flooring is modern easy-to-clean screed throughout.

Parking is undercover, behind a secure remote controlled access gate with a separate pedestrian gate.
The complex’s high wall and barbed wire ensures a secure environment. Because there are only 3 units in the complex the environment is quiet and peaceful.

Westdene has a great cosmopolitan vibe; there are lots of people walking dogs on the streets, children playing, people walking to the dam, and fishing at the dam on weekends. The property is located on a lovely tree lined street, close to Westdene dam.
